I don't know anyone with gender dysphoria who has managed to get a hysterectomy, and the ones I do know of who were considering it were recommended for counseling instead. I do know trans men my age who have had them (gender affirming surgery) and at least a handful of other women in my age range who accessed one due to medical issues. In my experience, and I saw at least three doctors for this specific issue before I landed on a surgeon willing to do it, they are more concerned with your fertility plans. Choosing to be childfree is what allowed me access to it.
